Champ HQ – Run the night. Keep the supporters. Champ HQ – Run the night. Keep the supporters.

Software for the people who keep conservation, legal hunting and gun rights funded and in the field.

ChampHQ runs the banquets that raise the money and the outfits that take people hunting. Two products, one team, built in St. George, Utah since 2016.

Two ways in

Which night are you running?

For chapters and fundraisers

The banquet, and the other eleven months.

Tickets, tables, raffles, silent and live auction, check-in and payments for the night. One record per supporter for the rest of the year.

  • Cards, checks and ACH in one ledger
  • Memberships that renew themselves
  • Set up with you on a call
For outfitters and guides

The CRM that speaks outfitter.

Every inquiry, booking, contract and deposit in one place, on your phone. Fifteen minutes with Brian and your outfit is set up the same day.

  • Leads from your site, your booth and the show
  • Contracts signed and deposits paid from a link
  • Free during the beta, set up on a call
Why we do this

The work gets funded one dinner, one tag and one membership at a time.

Habitat, access, youth programs and the right to hunt and own firearms are paid for by chapters that run banquets on a volunteer’s evenings and by outfitters who put people in the field. We build the software that lets them spend less of that time on paperwork.

Built for this world

Banquet nouns, not software nouns: tables, paddles, raffles, tags, deposits. Nothing to translate.

A person, not a help center

Brian Knopke runs ChampHQ and takes every first call himself. You get set up on that call, and there is someone to reach on the night of the event and in the middle of the season.

Ten years in

ChampHQ has run on the ControlPad engine since 2016, from St. George, Utah.

Tell us what you run.

Fifteen minutes is enough to find out whether ChampHQ fits.
